Re: Findings of Fact, application of Wallace and Margaret Blanchard for a
twn-lnt subdivision at 62 East Terrace
On the 13th day of November 19 79 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission &p4)YAAM or denied the request of
applicant for subdivision approval
under section 202 of the South Burlington Subdivision Regulations based
on the following findings:
1 The S11hrl4Vi4lnn tP gnnthpr lnt on a long and narrow Single - PnfrannP
street that already has greater than 50 dwelling units (ref. Section 401.1.7).
2 In order to meet minimum lot size requirements for a new duplex and to meet
minimum setback distance on both lots,_a dividing line would have to be drawn in such
a manner as to create very irregularly shaped lots.
