DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 13th day of March, 1995 the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Pines Housing
Limited Partnership, Charles Brush agent, 421 Dorset Street based
on the following facts and findings:
1. Appellant is requesting permission to construct a
nursing/convalescent home as part of a planned commercial
development located at 421 Dorset Street.
2. All state and local approval have been issued.
3. A 4/12 pitched roof is required due to snow loads and site
drainage.
4. Type of use dedicates the building design, structure designed
according to existing grade of land.
5. Additional height of roof will not alter the general character
of the area, two hundred feet treed buffer to residential area.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request for
a variance is hereby granted.
