Please see the letter of support for the Cosentino and Manning's Conditional Use Application and attach it to
their application:
Dear Development Review Board,
We are writing in full support of the conditional use application at 11 White Pl, Ryan and Maryse Manning.
My wife Samantha and I live at 13 White Pl and share a property boundary with this applicant. Ryan and
Maryse have been exceptional neighbors since we first purchased our house in 2018. They have been
communicative and clear with us about their intended plans for the changes to their property and the
breadth of work that will be involved.
We believe that given their new and life changing situation that this project will enable them to stay in
their beloved house and neighborhood, a piece of their previous life that they wish to keep.
The conditional use changes they are requesting will allow them full mobility around their house, including
access to the basement and second floor; something that currently is not possible. Allowing Ryan the
ability to more fully take-part in day-to-day activities like putting his daughters to bed.
We ourselves have been appreciative of the same CU process as it allowed us to expand our home and
stay a part of such an incredible neighborhood. Knowing The Manning’s current hardships and how this
project will directly improve their lives; they have our full support for the CU. Please feel free to reach out
