A public information meeting for Site Plan review application #SP-23-11 (Catamount Run – Block A) was
held on April 27, 2023 from 6:00 – 6:45 PM in the Digital Lab of the South Burlington Library (180 Market
Street). An option to participate online via Microsoft Teams was also available.
Attendance:
The following persons representing the applicant were present:
Ken Braverman – Snyder-Braverman Development Company, LLC
Andrew Rowe – Snyder Group, Inc.
The following members of the public were present:
None
No one participated using the Microsoft Teams option.
Meeting summary:
Andrew Rowe and Ken Braverman were present in the Digital Lab of the Library.
The civil design plans, landscape plans, and architectural plans were available for review.
