Object: Building’s solar panel readiness
Project: Catamount Run – Block A – Buildings A1-A2-A3
Gentlemen,
This is to confirm that the above noted project will be designed ready to receive solar panels on
the roof. The requirements for having a roof solar panel ready, in architecture, are limited to
having the roof membrane glued to a subpanel installed on top of the insulation. The structural
engineer has also been made aware that solar panels are to be installed on the roof and his
calculations should reflect this requirement.
