So unfortunate you have to double everything just so I get to see the plans.
I was just reviewing this project and noted that they are showing a water line installation on the west side of
Shelburne. I just called Greg Dixon at K&L and left a message: there is already an 8” water line there (this section of
Shelburne Rd has water on both sides (short section from Homes to the old O’Brien place on the west side). He and I
will play phone tag but I hope to talk with him on Wednesday at which time I’ll send him the Record drawings for that
section of Shelburne Rd. I’ll try to get some preliminary comments together before hand. He’ll also need to fill out the
Water Allocation application that can be found on the SBWD web page. I can’t approve their allocation request from the
plan information. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have four technical review requests for the March 2nd hearing. This is the first of four. They are all site plans, so this is a
one-and-done review. Please provide comments on all by next Friday 3/18.
Just a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your
response for public consumption.
Project Description
Site plan application #SP-22-006 of Reperio Properties to demolish an existing light manufacturing and retail complex
and construct a 4,480 sf extension to an existing licensed care facility on the adjacent lot. The subject parcel is an
existing 0.71 acre lot, 1459 Shelburne Road.
