Hi again Justin,
Please find attached a preliminary wastewater allocation request in conjunction with the 3,500 sf drive through banking
facility proposed for 1680 Shelburne Rd. in South Burlington, VT. We've also attached a partial civil plan set relative to
the sewer connection. A brief summary of the details —
The banking facility will have a maximum of 10 employees and a summary of the design flow calculations can be
found on the plan cover sheet.
A 4" SDR 35 PVC service is proposed to be tied into the existing sewer manhole and stubbed service line on the
east side of Shelburne Rd.
• Final local review is scheduled for 4/2 and we are actively preparing the State WW and Act 250 permit
applications. We are requesting this preliminary allocation to support our State permitting applications.
If upon review of the application and plans, you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Upon
issuance of the preliminary approval, if you could email a copy of the allocation, it would be greatly appreciated.
