for Site P an Approval under Section 13.50
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Not applicable
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Not applicable
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - Adequate provided condition
of approval is complied with.

for Site Plan Aoproval under Section 11.70 & l3—.-5U—

following conditions:
1. All filling will be in accord with the City Engineer's
recommendations (memo of V18/77).
