This office believes that you have exceeded the scope of work (exceeds the 35% rule setforth within the zoning bylaws) spelled out in permit #89-60 issued on August 14, 1989. Since the structure is better than 50% removed, this office must inform you to cease any further demolition or con- struction until we have time to schedule a hearing before the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
