Be advised that the South Burlington Planning 'Commission
has approved the request of 144r* Illenry Potter for a sub.
division of the Yandow property, westerly of Spear StreeV-4
The proposal was approved in accordance to plans submit-'
ted dated January 30s 1973, as per modifications stated
in an early approval dated July 11, 1972 and with the
follolling stipulations:

to be resolved by 114r* Potter and the City
Council about additional park area thmt a
bond be post-d -for all utilities, for private
and public streets as roqi.,Iired by the City
tanager.
That a final landscaping plan be submitted to
the Planning Commission,
That the plan is approved showing (92) units,
(phase 1 and 2) and further development will
be submitted.
That the developer will make all necessary
sewage corrections on Imperial Drive and on
Shelburne Road and that a final utility plan
will be submitted for approval by the City
