Setting off a lot farther to the east would resolve this problem. A portion of the Swift Street -Allen Road pedestrian trail (p.53 of the Plan) is proposed in this vicinity. The applicant should be made aware of the Commission's opposition to "piece meal" subdivision, and its encouragement of planning the balance of the property (i.e., for access) as a unit. f5d91_V VcncS Sxw -I 601A A& 40=T * tVo Sca Goer{ F4ePT VmovS ia- 1--AL_-?FrxeTC MEMORANDUM TO: SOUTH BURLINGTON PLANNING COMMISSION FROM: RICHARD WARD, ZONING ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER RE: WHEELOCK FARM SUBDIVISION DATE: MAY 5, 1977 The area of this subdivision is zoned R-1 District.
