Robertson facility off Calkins Court. On the 21st of February 1978 the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Mr. Walt Adams, agent, for site plan approval under Section i ?n of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the f ollowing f indings : 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Adequate as shown, primarily due to location on cul-de-sac, which carries no through traffic. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING- Adequate as shown, because number of spaces conforms to ordinance requirements, and there is ample room for temporary or permanent expansion. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - $500 of required landscaping is waived due to existing vegetation which will be saved. On the 21st of ,February 19 - 7& the South Burlington Planning Commission approved z=zd a&" the request of Mr. Walt Adams, agent, for site plan approval under Section 11.70 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations subject.to the following conditions: 1. A landscaping, bond -of $ 1500 be posted $500 of which may be credited towards existing vegetation which is not damaged during construction. 2. A private right of way agreement shall be executed, unless subdivision approval is obtained, prior to the release of the landscaping bond. 3.
