On the 21th. of June 19 77 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or the
request of 'Halt t!:dams Jr., Anent for Leland Calkins
for Site -Pla-n Annro a I _ under . Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Adequate due to location on cul-de-sac.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING- The number of parking spaces meets
the requirements of the ordinance; there is amrle circulation
ro,:;M for deliveries and pickups by trucks.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Adequate providing c:;nditic:,ns of
aporoval are adhered to; the value of the pr,noeed land-
scaping is properly orientated to the mostrexposed (southern)

side of the buildinq.
