Re: Findings of Fact, application of Martin -Snyder Associates, Inc.,
d.b.a. Century Lighting and Dinettes, 358 Dorset Street
On the 27th day of March 19 84 , the
South Burl ngton Planning Commission approved or dNn&axd the
request of Century Lighting and Dinettes
for site plan review under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access as existing is adequate, traffic for proposed
use should not create any problems.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Adequate handicapped parking is provided.
Waiver on parking requirements are warranted. Additional area is available
should parking become a problem.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENI JG - Additional plantings are proposed, stockade
fencing will be used for screening.
