The proposal meets all zoning requirements. The approval fcr the recently completed units at the rear of the property included a stipula.ion that a sidewalk be extended across the frontage of the property, which has not been complied with. There is room on the property to provide the required number of parking spaces, at the expense of the large landscaped front yard, which exceeds the green area requirements of the ordinance. The Fire Chief will review this plan prior to the meeting regarding emergency access to the proposed structure.
