Enclosed please find the application as well as a copy of the plan for the real estate office. The operation involves having one or two persons at a time on the premises to cover phones. There is no plan for a secretary at this time. Most appointments are conducted in the field, and a minimum amount of time will be spent at the office by the associates. Currently there are several people licensed with the firm who are not active or under contract with the firm. These inactive people will not be conducting any business here.
