TRAFFIC ACCESS - is adequate - the curb cut is well removed from _Shelburne Road, the volume of traffic is low, and Hough Street functions as a local road. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - are adequate, having been laid out to accepted design standards - much of the parking will be used for dis- play purposes only. 3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - retention of the existing trees and shrubs, and a 15' strip of lawn in front, suffices for landscaping. The required screening, in the form of a privacy fence, is to be installed. Existing landscaping along the perimeter of the building and the perimeter of the property lines shall be retained. 2.
