Burlington Vermont Dear Sir: vie hereby request a Variance Hearing on November 15, 1967 in behalf of our client, Mr. Newcomb of the Oolonial Motor Inn, So. Burlington, Vermont. vie are enclosing our check in the amount of thirty dollars to cover the cost of this hearing. 'The request is for the removal of the present :duality Oourt sign which has an area of approximately 200 sq. ft. and replacing it with a sign having an area of approximately 65 sq. ft. 'The present Quality Court sign is about 25 ft. in height and the new sign will be about IS ft. in height. The new proposed sign will be of steel and plastic and will be interior illuminated and will have no moving parts. 'Oe are enclosing a condensed sketch of the proposed new sign.
