TRAFFIC ACCESS - Adequate at present, will be improved when a second entra is made available when the adjacent property to the south is developed. 2 CIRCULATION AND PARKING - 14 parking spaces, as proposed, was determined to be adequate by both Zoning Board and Planning Commission. Circulation is on the south side of the building with turn around space behind the building, and is adequate. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Planting's as shown on the site plan are adequate with the addition of 4' - 5' high cedars spaced 3' on center across the rear of the property. 4.
