Dear Sir:
Lnclosed plkase find a plot plan of parcel number 2 at
San Remo Drive which we recently purchased. Shown on
this plot is the proposed location of a building which
we anticipate having erected in the near future.
Since the:_�building location shown is somewhat closer to
the Northerly and Westerly lot lines than the code
allows, we request a consideration for a variance in the
code. The reason this is being requested is to allow
a reasonable manuvering area for trucks to enter the
south side of the building, twenty five feet would not
be enough for this purpose. This would be more or less
along the same idea as the Highway Post Office garage
building which is on the parcel of land on the northerly
side of ours.
We also enclose herein our check #371 in the amount of
$30.00 for the necessary advertising fees for notices
as requested.
