Dear Mr. Wooster:
This serves to confirm that the minor revision to cluster one
has been approved administratively by this office. (Plans last
revised 5/86 stamp dated 5/30/86). This modification consists
of changing the 10 unit structure originally approved for the
site to one 4-unit and one 6-unit building plus detached garages.
The landscaping plan prepared by David Raphael has also been
approved.
These plans have also been reviewed and approved by Fire Chief
James Goddette and City Manager/Engineer William J. Szymanski.
