following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - No changes in access to pu'-lic streets are proposed.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Temporary parking is being approved
on the rear of the "Barnes" property. A permanent arrangement must be
applied for by mid -February 1983 and implemented before August 1, 1983.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - No changes in landscaping are proposed.
