HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-93-0000 - Decision - 0376 Patchen RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 8th day of November 19931 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Gary Barrett, 376 Patchen Road based on the following facts and findings: 1) The applicant is requesting permission to change the footprint of an existing storage area and enlarge the office area by adding a second story. 2) The general character of the area is mixed commercial and residential having been developed in the 1960's. 3) The access to the property will be improved once the properties in question have been merged. 4) The land is surrounded by commercial uses and the City highway garage. 5) Physical limitations do not permit any improvements without a variance.
