Ok we just measured roughly in the snow.... The sign is back about 30 feet from each sidewalk (Williston Rd
& Patchen Rd)... And also measures about 70" from the top of the sign to the ground.

I received your sign application and have your fee. The only information missing is a colored rendering or
photo of each sign and their location. I need to know that the free-standing sign meets the setback requirement
and that your wall sign is on a wall. Under "signable wall area" you indicated that the principal public facade
of the building is only 4' X 8'. This dimension determines the size of the wall sign which is 5%, so if this
information is correct, you are only allowed a sign of 1.6 sq. ft. and the sign is 8.5 sq. ft. I also need the height
of the sign from the ground to the top.
